You can request the return of your order during the First 10 days from the receipt of your order (being able to request an exchange or refund) and you have 15 days later to complete the return.

You can only request a return once you have physically received the package. Once the order is placed, you have 1 hour to request the cancellation of the order or otherwise we will not be able to refund your order until receipt and return of the same.

If under normal conditions you have not received your package in a period of 30 days later Upon placing your order, you have the right to request a refund of the amount.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received unless the item is defective or damaged. It must also be as far as possible in its original packaging or otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the packaging costs. 

To request an exchange or return, you must first fill in the fapplication form.

Once the return has been correctly requested, the returns department will contact you to indicate the instructions to follow within a maximum period of 72 hours.

 

  • REFUNDS

Once we have received the returned package, it will pass the relevant quality controls and if the item is in correct condition, the corresponding amount will be reimbursed, the customer will receive a notification via email. Otherwise, if the product is not in the required conditions or in accordance with what the client reports, BLOOMMI will not make any refund.

Approved refunds will be credited to the same card or account with which the payment was made, this process may take up to 10-15 business days depending on your bank.

 

  • CHANGES

Once we have received the returned package, it will pass the relevant quality controls and if the item is in correct condition, the new size / color requested will be resent, the customer will receive a notification via email. Otherwise, if the product is not in the required conditions or in accordance with what the client reports, BLOOMMI will not make any changes.

Once the return of the package is completed, the new requested product will be resent, the delivery times will be the standard ones.

 

  • SHIPMENTS

The cost of shipping for returns is borne by the customer, unless the product has some type of factory defect or our error, which costs will be borne by BLOOMMI.
