Shipping policy

Due to the current situation of COVID-19, and considering the safety of delivery people and logistics employees, delivery efficiency has been affected. We ask for your understanding. We are also tracking your packages and collaborating with logistics companies, to ensure that your packages are delivered as soon as possible, while at the same time ensuring that essential shipments are guaranteed. Thank you for your support and cooperation. 

 

 

  • WHAT IS THE PROCESSING / PREPARATION TIME?

The processing or preparation time of your order will depend on the period of the volume of stock, the time of the quality control and the packaging.

Item processing time is the time from receipt of your order to physical shipment. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous QA checks and tests to ensure product quality prior to shipment to meet your expectation. This may involve detailed internal controls: material quality, zippers, seams, interiors, lining, etc. Total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design, and size of the specific product or item. Larger orders will naturally take longer. We usually take between 1-3 days skillful in processing your order. However, please note that processing time can also be affected by individual item stock status, time of year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order may take between 5 and 7 business dayss to be processed and shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.

If you wish to cancel a backordered item in your order, simply send us your request to our email hello@bloommi.com we will contact you within 24 hours.

 

  • WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Most items will be shipped within 1-3 business days, but could take up to 5 business days due to high volumes or stock restocking. Certain products may require more time and we will indicate this on the product page as much as possible. Delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is shipped.

  • SPAIN:
    • Standard shipments: 10-12 business days.
    • Collection shipments "SPECIAL PRICES": 3-5 business days.

FOR THE REST OF EUROPE:

  • FRANCE: Standard shipping 10-12 business days.
  • LUXEMBOURG, HOLLAND, POLAND: Standard shipping 14-16 business days.
  • BELGIUM: Standard Shipping 16-18 business days.
  • GERMANY: Standard shipping 18-20 business days.
  • ITALY: Standard shipping 20-22 business days.
  • REST OF EUROPEAN COUNTRIES: Standard shipping 22-25 business days.

Shipping times are not guaranteed. If you need an order before a specific date, please contact hello@bloommi.com to confirm if an expedited option is available at an additional charge. Orders placed with PayPal will be processed once the payment has been cleared.

* Shipping time is estimated and starts from the ship date, rather than the order date, and may take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

* For express shipping: possible fees and other possible related costs are borne by customers.

 

  • MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Since we source our products from different suppliers, you can receive separate packages for each product.

  

  • MONITORING INFORMATION

Tracking information is provided for each order. You will receive an e-mail when your order has been shipped. The email includes a tracking number. You can find out the status of your order from "My Account". Click on "My Orders" to see the status of the order and obtain the tracking number. 

You can track the tracking of your order at any time from our section "Track your order" entering the tracking number corresponding to your shipment.

You may see a pause in updates as your package moves from the point of origin to your local operator; this can be from days to more than a week. This is normal. Once your local supplier has the package, updates will resume on the tracking site. Tracking information may not be available for a few days, so don't worry if you don't see anything right away! We recommend waiting 3-5 days before checking. If you don't see anything after 5 days, please contact us at hello@blommi.com.

You have 31 days to report a lost order, if you haven't received it. After this period, you will not be able to file complaints. Generally, we respond to packet loss cases within 24 hours. 

 

  • TAXES AND RATES

Since we work with a large number of suppliers, all delivery fees are unpaid. Therefore, all customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. Where applicable, these charges must be paid by clients. Customers take full responsibility for all return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees if they refuse to accept a package due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, BLOOMMI cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list a quantity lower than the actual price of the product.
